The Technology Center Linz has approx. 8,300 m² of office and conference space centrally located in a vibrant business community. The center has excellent infrastructure and modern conference technology. It consists of 2 parallel buildings facing north-south with direct access to the A7 motorway and public transportation (tram WIFI/LINZ AG). The Technology Center Linz features an attractively landscaped courtyard and underground parking for 170 cars. Serviced offices, a representative reception area and several well equipped conference rooms are available. Our inhouse conference rooms provide the comfort to have business meetings and client events directly on the spot. 24-hour security provided by ÖWD. Customized office solutions between 20 m² and 350 m² offer the opportunity for business growth within the building.

This 3-story building has large and small office space for a variety of businesses and industries. Single offices can be adapted and expanded to larger spaces as required. All spaces face a courtyard and have natural light throughout the day.
